Consistently awarded as a Writer, Art Director, CD and ECD - internationally at shows such as Cannes, One Show, One Show Entertainment, The Andys, D&AD, London Internationals, New York Festivals and the Clio Awards; regionally at AWARD, ADMA, Effie and AXIS - Rebecca’s work has been recognised with Best In Show’s, Campaign of the Year, Client of the Year, Creative of the Year, and lots of metal in every colour. Her work has also received an Asia Pacific Child Rights Award, a United Nations Award, several Television Programming Awards, and her own agency was recognised as AdNews Emerging Agency of the Year.

She has personally received an Australia Day Award for studies in Visual Communication, been presented with Australasia’s Top Emerging Talent Pencil from AWARD, received the AWARD Pencil as the 'National Top AWARD School & Super Group Student', chosen as ‘One star Young Gun worth watching’ by YoungGuns International Advertising Awards and called ‘The next big thing’ by the NZ Sunday Star Times newspaper.

Rebecca has been invited to judge at the world’s top advertising shows, across almost every category, and has served many times as Jury Chairperson. She has also judged awards for TV & Cinema Content, Magazine Publishing, Marketing, and a variety of Agency of the Year accolades. She is a regular speaker and panelist at industry events, lectures at a variety of tertiary institutions, been a Gruen Panelist, and has been invited to curate the Creative Sydney 10 x10 Project.

She has also been the Head of Facebook Creative Shop for Australia & NZ, a Director on the Australasian Writers & Art Directors (AWARD) Committee, the National AWARD School Head, acted as a Board-level Corporate Advisor, and begun a PhD on The Value of Ideas.

Additionally, Rebecca has been a check-out chick, a waitress, an usher in a live theatre (for free tickets), a high school tutor, an actor in many amateur theatre productions & a few television shows, a pizza cutter in a factory, a (bad) karaoke singer, a supermarket shelf-packer, a student protester, a volunteer at children’s homes, a charity face painter, a retail shop assistant, a reluctant member of a few sports teams, a volunteer at mental illness hospitals, an occasional PR consultant & writer, a designer on a few pro-bono council projects, and the P&O Fairstar Limbo Champion.
